WisdomTrees chakra meditation cards are created with the intention to bring balance and harmony to the seven energy centres in the body called Chakras. Each card outlines a unique mantra and meditation, as well as affirmations, to support cleansing and harmonizing for these seven energy centres of transformation.
How to Use: Start by setting an intention to bring balance to the 7 subtle energy centers in the body. Begin with the Muladhara/Root Chakra and gradually work up to the Sahasrara/Crown Chakra. Follow steps as outlined on the back of each card.
Alternatively, once you are familiar with the Chakras and the qualities they embody, you can meditate on individual Chakra’s as needed. For Example: If you are going for an interview and you want to communicate more clearly, you may want to spend time to meditate on the 5th chakra, (Vishudha/Throat). Or if you want to boost your confidence at the interview, meditate on the 3rd Chakra, (Manipura/Navel).
Symptoms you may Experience: You may feel spiral movement in the body, or you may get emotional – these are all normal reactions – just observe anything that arises, and permit and allow whatever comes, without judgement. This is just blocked energy getting re-organized in the body. Go at your own pace (there is no rush).
